to remember why I used to hate going to school in Madison that is. To be completely honest, I used to think that 99% of people in this city were ignorant, prejudiced alcoholics. This was largely my fault for not giving Madison a chance, and moving out of a dorm and joining AIESEC went a long way towards changing my perspective on this matter.
But then again, it wasn't a totally unjustified opinion, as my walk to get a morning cup of coffee illustrates.
There are some things you just never expect to happen - like getting heckled by three fat, drunken idiots at
10 o'clock in the DAMN morning .
Not only did I get called a fag, or more accurately that I was wearing "fag jeans" (admittedly, I was wearing girls' pants. but that isn't the point). I also got called mulatto and mexican, which is just confusing. I mean, I know I'm a little ethnically ambiguous here guys, but ...
seriously!?!?! I mean, at least one was accurate, regardless of how despicable a thing that is to do.
To put piss icing on this cake of shit, they finished off by trying to ask me how to get to the Echo Tap.
So this one's for you, Mr. 10 am drunken racists. If not for you, people would think that the mid-west was full of down to earth, well educated, and fun people. Thanks for reminding me why I sometimes think that your state is piece of shit, fuck face.
