I always did wonder...
Wonder what I would look like with gray hair that is...
As if I didn't already have enough to do, between LCP transition, leadership team and subgroup and work, I now have a class schedule that is literally back breaking.
For all intents and purposes I am taking 19 Credits this semester!!!! AHHHHH.
See technically I'm only taking 15 - but I have a very special situation when it comes to my Arabic class. I was registered for third semester Arabic this semester. The problem with this is that I've already taken the course - one cannot receive credit for taking the same course a second time.
However, without the credits that Arabic would provide, I would not have enough to be considered a full time student.
HOWEVER!!! I need to be in this class in order to prepare for fourth semester Arabic in the spring. Since I took a year off school (and didn't take Arabic last spring) it has been nearly 2 years since my last Arabic class.
You see my dilema surely.
Since I can't get credit for Arabic I have dropped the course, but I will still be attending the lecture everyday and doing all the work. BUT IN ADDITION TO DROPPING THE CLASS I HAVE REGISTERED FOR A 4 CREDIT POLI-SCI CLASS!!!
Which, in effect, puts my total class load at right about 19 Credits.
And you thought I looked old for my age now??? After this semester I'll be able to get the early bird special at Denny's without getting carded. At least I'll get to park in those special spaces.
Christ I must be insane.

you couldn't find a 1-credit gym class or something a little less insane then an additional 4-credit poli sci?!
